The Whitstable Bay Vets philosophy is simple
– to provide comprehensive clinical care for your pets, along with a consistently gold-standard service for you. One low monthly payment covers all your pets routine healthcare, with unlimited free appointment with our lovely vets and nurses!’ We believe that through an annual programme of preventative care (including regular health checks, vaccinations and effective flea and worm protection), together we can keep your pets healthy and happy throughout the year.
We’ve created our Happy Pets Club in order to give you the peace of mind of knowing that all your pet’s routine healthcare needs are taken care of, with regular monthly payments delivering great value for money and helping spread the costs through the year.
See a vet or a nurse whenever you want to – at no extra cost
We understand how worrying it can be when your pet is ill, and sometimes a check-up is all that’s required to allay your concerns. Members of our Happy Pets Club will never pay a consultation fee again – whenever you need an appointment the cost is taken care of, so you’ll only pay for any medications prescribed, investigations recommended or treatments administered.

Our aim is to o er total peace of mind – excellent care for your pet along with guaranteed convenience and value for you. That’s why we’ve designed our Happy Pets Club to cover the costs of all of the following:
- Unlimited consultations with our vets and nurses, whenever you need to see us
- Vaccinations and annual boosters
- For dogs: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Leptospirosis
- For cats: Influenza, Enteritis and Leukaemia
- For rabbits: Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease
- Discounts on the cost of long-term medication
- Worming treatments *Dog and cat only
- Flea and tick treatments *Dog and cat only
- For rabbits only, one application of Rearguard (prevents fly strike)
- FREE nail clipping
- Dental checks
- Dietary management and advice
- 10% off neutering

How do I join?
To take advantage of the many benefits that Whitstable Bay Vets Happy Pets Club offers, and ensure that you’ll never pay a consultation fee again, all you need to do is complete a simple registration form, which will require your bank account details. You can either call into the practice, or click on the link below to sign up online. Please note your first payment will need to be taken either by calling the reception team or you can pop in and make payment at the desk.
